Foot
A tattoo on your foot hurts a great deal more than a tattoo on your neck or shoulder. However, it doesn't hurt nearly as bad as finding out that your baby is dead. So on my recently revised scale of ouch, it didn't hurt very badly at all. The star on the left is for B, and the star on the right is for my baby boy.

I had been thinking of getting a tattoo in the exact same place on my foot. Everyone kept telling me it would hurt like an SOB and it would be much better to do it on my shoulder. Now, confirmation!

It definitely hurts quite a bit, but it is bearable. I imagined it as much worse than it actually was. Plus, if you're getting something small like the stars, it only takes a few minutes. The butterfly on my back didn't hurt as bad, but I think it was worse because it took a few hours.
hmmm.. I have to think about it some more. What I'm getting is about 2 1/2 inches and would cover most of the top of my foot. All one color though.
