He gives people false choices. He says "So do you think Obama does such and so thing because of A or because of B?" He doesn't allow room for any other options.

This is how you are supposed to deal with toddlers. You give them a false sense of control so that they don't realize they are downtrodden and oppressed (anyone want to buy my parenting manual?)
